Some times it is very difficult to control the Vr level entry error or it can be approved entry by entry.

But here is an option given by us will can be used to control the same, by using our TDL of Authorization.

During the user level entry all the vouchers become optional the screen looks like below:-

The red colour remark will come for all the voucher entry. This entry’s will not have any effect’s in the books.

To Authorize the Vr’s one has to login through the main ID & Password & in Gateway of Tally new filed will appear see below:-

The entry’s which we want to approve we have to set to Yes & the vice versa. Once the entry’s accepted as Yes will be removed from this screen and the entry’s set to No will remain in the screen.

This is something which can be used in the existing Tally.
