Advanced Item Search - helps your sales person quickly search for an item, based on various parameters. For example, your sales person can search for an item based on parameters such as brand, descriptions, shade, size etc., or a combination of such parameters.
Accept Multiple Tenders feature - allows you to offer any of the following payment options to your customers:
• Cash in local currency
• Cash in foreign currency with checks on validity of exchange rates
• Credit card and Debit card
• Gift vouchers or coupons
• Cheques
• Credit notes issued during earlier sales returns
• Reference to cash received in advance through advance receipt
Sales Promotion & Discount options - give you a wide range of options to handle sales promotions and discount schemes. You can specify multiple levels of discounts for items and configure the system to select them automatically, based on predefined rules. You can also specify different types of discounts such as general discounts or customer specific discounts. These can be configured to work on auto mode or to work with manual intervention from your sales staff.
Flexible Printing – lets you choose from numerous templates to suit printers that are commonly used in retail stores. Shoper POS supports the following types of printing options for sales, sales returns, goods inwards and goods outwards:

• 40 Columns Double Spread: Two copies of the same bill, each of
40 columns width, can be printed on pre-printed stationery with perforation between each copy
• 40 Columns Single Spread: this template will enable you to print
bills of 40 column width with only one copy of the bill being printed
• 40 Columns POS: This template can be used to print bills on
continuous stationery which is 40 columns in width.
The bill is cut wherever it ends and not depending on pre-set
perforation points
• 80 Columns Retail: This template enables you to print bills of
80 columns width using a Dot Matrix printer
Sales Returns features – provide you with complete flexibility, to handle various types of sales returns and exchanges. These can be handled either by referring to earlier sales or only by specifying the item details. You can make it either mandatory or optional to enter the previous sales reference.
Sales Advice Slips – allow you to create bills on each floor or in each section of your retail outlet and then receive the payment only at one counter. Your sales person can create advice slips for customer purchases, in one section. A copy of this slip is handed over to the customer, who presents it at the billing counter. The person at the billing counter can easily recall the items entered in the sales advice slip, without having to re-enter or re-scan item details.
Service Orders - allow you to keep track of value added services such as tailoring or alterations. Service Orders can be used at the time of billing to recall the particular item details for hassle-free billing
